I specialize in helping businesses and individuals unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365, successfully implementing these powerful tools in a way that's tailored to their unique needs.
Prior to joining Microsoft, I held various roles, including as a Lead Service Manager overseeing 30 products and services, and Customer Success Manager for The Walt Disney Company. I have experience defining service strategies, leading through change management initiatives, and delivering hundreds of webinars, classes, and workshops. In a previous role, I created and managed the Educational Technology department at The Master’s University in California, leading the transition to a new Learning Management System that impacted over 1,000 faculty, administrators, and students. It was an exciting challenge that I'm proud to have been a part of. You can read my full Career Highlights Reel here.
One of my passions is personal and team productivity, and I've been practicing the Getting Things Done methodology since an early age. I even had the opportunity to speak on this topic as part of a panel with David Allen at the 2019 GTD Summit in Amsterdam. I'm also passionate about unlocking low/no-code solutions to enhance personal and workplace productivity, and I spoke at the 2022 Power Platform Conference on a Service Management approach to implementing the Power Platform. I was also privileged to be a guest speaker on Microsoft’s Low Code Approach podcast.
On a more personal note, music is a big part of my life and I have enjoyed serving as a principle violist in the Grace Baptist Church Praise Orchestra for the past 15 years. I also love mentoring and learning new things and have been enjoying helping senior business students at my alma mater as well as students at a local high school. That's why I started this blog, to solidify my own learning by sharing my thoughts and ideas with others. I have three kids under four who are constantly keeping me on my toes and am married to an amazing husband who is my greatest champion, collaborator, and encouragement. I could not accomplish half of what I do without him.
Please note that the thoughts and ideas expressed on this blog are solely my own and do not necessarily represent those of my employer.
